NOTHING EVER SLOWS THE MISSION DISTRICT DOWN, NOT EVEN THIS WEEK’S WINTER STORMS that blew off the Pacific and rattled the City with heavy downpours and winds topping 65 mph, in between breaks of sunshine.

Melissa, runs are good now.
Love the slideshow! But doesn’t the chick in the cowboy boots have a run in her leggings? We had a storm the other a.m. and lost our power. Had to get ready for work in the dark…fun times!
Hey, Miss Jo, have you see this:

It’s in your neighborhood.
dg, there are lots of palms over on the Embarcadero. I can look out at them every day we are in the apartment, which hasn’t been much this month. We had an elderly cat who passed away last week and we didn’t want to leave him to go to the city. Soon, though, very soon we will be seeing those palms again.
Miss Jo, great pictures; makes me homesick.
I love the pic with the sun breaking through over the palm trees. I always forget that there are palms in SF and am surprised any time I see them.
